Refund and Returns Policy
Effective date: May 17, 2026. WP SEO Next sells digital WordPress software, subscriptions, license access, downloads, and support. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no physical returns.
Free product
WP SEO Next Free is available at no cost. Because no payment is collected for the free product, there is no refund process for that download.
Paid plans
If you bought a paid WP SEO Next plan and need help, contact us at support@wpseonext.com. We review refund requests for paid plans within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds may be approved when there is a duplicate charge, an accidental purchase that has not been used, a billing error, or a technical issue that prevents normal use and cannot be resolved after reasonable troubleshooting.
Refunds may be declined when a license has been substantially used, the request is made after the review period, the issue is caused by unsupported third-party changes outside WP SEO Next, or the account has violated our license or support rules.
Subscriptions and renewals
If your plan renews automatically, you can cancel future renewals from your account or by contacting support. Canceling stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments. Renewal refund requests are reviewed case by case.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
When a paid order is refunded, the related license, downloads, account access, or support entitlement may be canceled or reduced.
Before opening a payment dispute
Please contact us first at support@wpseonext.com. We can usually resolve duplicate charges, access problems, and billing questions faster through support than through a payment dispute.
