Free is for basic SEO setup and AI self-help. Pro adds paid ticket support and human support flow when available. Agency adds larger site limits, priority support context, and multi-site workflows.
Pro is available as Pro 1, Pro 5, and Pro 10. Agency is available as Agency 25, Agency 100, and Agency Unlimited. If you reach your site limit, remove an unused install or upgrade.
Use your WP SEO Next account or purchase confirmation to find the license. Paste it into the plugin license/settings screen inside WordPress admin.
Install and activate the plugin, open the license/settings screen, enter the license key, and confirm that the correct domain is linked.
Open Support, sign in if required, enter a subject, choose issue type, confirm licensed install and domain, add a description, attach useful files, and submit the ticket.

Human handoff and priority support only appear when your plan and current operator availability allow them. Free uses AI self-help and support resources.
Agency Unlimited is the highest Agency plan and should show Unlimited site capacity in the interface rather than a raw numeric limit.
Remove an unused install, confirm the correct domain is linked, or upgrade to a plan with a larger site allowance.
Save again, clear cache, check whether another SEO plugin overrides metadata, then run SEO Audit and open support if the issue continues.
